Pricing model
It starts with a three-month pilot at one terminal that you can walk away from. After that, you pay per terminal you connect and per module you actually use.
The model has three line items and fits on one page. You pay a core licence for every connected terminal. Modules you have no use for, you do not book. And you start at one site rather than across the whole network.
Connect another terminal and the bill grows with it. Close one and its licence falls away. That keeps the cost of Pollux predictable while the network changes around it.
What the terms come to depends on how many terminals you connect, which modules you book and how long the contract runs. We work that out in a conversation, which is why this page carries no figures.
The path to a contract
Every phase ends in a decision, not in a renewal by default.
Pilot
Three months, one terminal, a named contact on both sides. It ends in a decision.
Rollout
Sites join one at a time, each with its own go-ahead and its own licence.
Regular operation
An ongoing licence with support and development. Modules can be added at any point.
